Before you arrive
Gear up for Groundbreak
Here's a list of important reminders to make sure you're prepared.
Book your hotel and travel.
Pre-register for sessions. Log in to your Procore account and navigate to select your sessions. Note, you must pre-register for all sessions you want to attend - most sessions will be full by November 20.
Workshops participants: Be sure to pack your device and charger, and look out for look out for an email with more information.
What to expect
Get the most out of your experience
Here's what you need to know once you arrive in Denver.
When you fly into Denver International Airport, you can grab a cab or call a ride share service to the Colorado Convention Center. Note, Groundbreak shuttles to and from the airport will not be provided.
After you check in to your hotel, join us for early event check in, which begins at 7:00 a.m. on November 19th for workshop participants, and at 2:00 p.m. on November 19th for all conference attendees.
Visit the Expo Hall between sessions for access to our vendors and partners––you never know what they’ll be giving away. And, don’t forget to make your own customized hat at the Hat Bar.

Check in at the Community booth in the Expo Hall for networking and connection opportunities! Here you can sign up for programs that help you engage with Procore and become part of our valuable community of advocates.
Swing by the Industry Development area of the Expo Hall to connect with the Women in Construction team, get involved in the Get Construction Talking effort, and learn how culture drives business.
Join the Networking Reception in the Expo Hall on November 20th at 5:30 p.m. While you're there, make plans to grab dinner or drinks after at a nearby restaurant.
Join us for the Groundbreak Bash at 7 p.m. on November 21st. Featuring Pitbull and held at The Mission Ballroom, the night will be one to remember. Catch a shuttle, wear your Groundbreak badge, and leave behind any backpacks and large purses. A coat check will be provided. Come hungry––we'll be serving up Denver's finest food and drinks.

Prepare to embark on an exciting journey through Groundbreak, collecting points and badges along the way with Site Quest.
Gather points by joining sessions, visiting booths and engaging throughout Groundbreak. The more you scan your badge, the more points you earn.
When you're ready, visit the Site Quest booth in the Expo Hall to trade your points for prizes.

Procore and The B1M teamed up to help reduce the stigma associated with mental health challenges and raise funds for charities working with construction. This year, Procore is helping you make a bigger impact by tripling donations. Contributions of all sizes are appreciated and tax deductible.
