Earlier this month, construction project management software company Procore Technologies launched Procore Community, an online platform that aims to connect Procore customers from all around the world. Procore Community is the premier place for construction professionals to network, inspire, and share their best practices.
A week before Procore’s annual Groundbreak conference, several Procore employees hit the road to talk to their clients from Santa Barbara to Phoenix. The team visited 10 job sites in five days. The best part? The people.
Everywhere, Procore clients spoke about the power of community. When the industry connects, inspiration abounds. Innovation is contagious, and so everyone’s lives are improved.
The Need for a Network
Across the industry, many saw the need for a platform like Procore Community. Why? Because at the speed the industry is changing and growing, the need for collaboration and networking has never been greater.
Whether you’re an experienced project manager wanting to share your knowledge or a newcomer eager to get an insider’s know-how, Procore Community will finally fill a void that’s been there for some time.
If you’re a Procore user and you’ve ever wondered how others utilize the platform, Procore Community is the place for people like yourself to learn, collaborate, and share.
The Breakdown
As a member of the Procore Community, users will also be able to access a number of helpful assets right through the platform.
In addition to the networking opportunities, Procore Community users can create or post to individualized community groups. Since no one job nor job site is the same, users can also stay up to date and access the latest industry news.
Other Additional Features (with more to come):
- Find world-class advice from your peers,
- Join regional or role-specific community groups,
- Get the opportunity to attend in-person events,
- Follow all the latest posts on your feed.
How to Get Started
Anyone who has a Procore login can join Procore Community. While Procore Community is a public site, a membership is required to use every feature and engage with others.
Clients and collaborators can access Procore Community by going to community.procore.com. Alternatively, they can simply click the Procore Community tile via the “?” icon in the upper right-hand corner of their Procore account.
Community is about people. While our culture relies more and more on digital connections, Procore Community recognizes the advantages of in-person, face-to-face interactions. Procore Community is the power of a handshake, amplified by a global network of Groundbreakers like you.
