Skanska-Built Structure Certified a Living Building
The Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design at Georgia Tech is the latest structure to be certified a Living Building, that is, a building that does more good than harm for the natural environment and is certified by the International Living Future Institute. The Kendeda Building is the 1st Living Building in Georgia, the 28th in the world, and the 7th built by Skanska.
Why Telford Homes Turned to Procore
Established in 2000, Telford Homes has grown to become one of London’s largest residential developers. Now, it’s been announced that the London-focused residential and mixed use property developer has selected Procore Technologies as its construction management platform for all new projects. Katie Rogers, Chief Financial & Operations Officer, Telford Homes said: “Procore offers a single, innovative platform to bring all of our information and teams together.”
