SRG works closely with our Owners/Clients on every phase of the evaluation and repair process in order to provide them with single source consulting services. Our traditional menu of services includes investigation/evaluation, design, bidding, and construction observation/administration. We can also customize our services to accommodate the needs of our clients upon request. SRG has performed a wide variety of structural and building envelope related services on a broad spectrum of buildings and structures, including large scale residential, commercial, and institutional projects. SRG typically provides services to building owners, portfolio managers, property managers, condominiums/HOA, developers, contractors, institutions and private homeowners. Many of the firm’s projects are for repeat clients, mostly attributable to achieving our goal of cultivating long-term relationships through attention to detail, quality oversight and personal service. Our senior staff consists of licensed professional engineers registered in various areas including, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Our staff is familiar with local and national code and jurisdictional requirements and possess over 100 years of experience in structural engineering, structural repair and building enclosure (waterproofing) consultation and design.
