Vanalt’s primary focus is to provide electrical construction services for the transit industry. Each project is managed by a collaborative team consisting of a project manager and a field superintendent or general foreman. The project manager is responsible for the engineering, procurement, quality assurance, administrative and financial aspects of the project and the superintendent or general foreman is responsible for field personnel, safety, tooling and equipment. Planning, scheduling and other duties are shared. Vanalt’s five project managers and key field personnel all have many years of experience in the type of work that Vanalt performs. The company also has an engineering and office staff and mechanics to support the project management and field operations.
