Roofing
Artistic Roofing was Opened in August of 2013, with the goal in mind to always provide top quality workmanship for our customers and to always be honest in all dealings. With these goals in mind, Artistic Roofing has continuously developed its ability to take on larger and larger projects and still provide the same great quality of workmanship, and hold fast to our values on integrity in all we do. JJ Arellano the owner and operator of Artistic has been working in the roofing industry for 16 years, he has hands-on experience in all aspects of roofing from installation to estimation to project management. JJ worked for some of the leading roofing companies in Utah and this is where he gained knowledge that has allowed him to steer Artistic Roofing to itself becoming one of the leading roofing companies in Utah. JJ was able to be a roofing project super on many roofing projects for school districts and the LDS church , Odyssey Elementary School Ogden Utah, Spring Elementary Eden Utah, Herriman elementary school, Middle School, and High School Lehi High School , Sego Lilly just to name a few. He was responsible for making sure that these projects ran smoothly and that the work was completed in a timely manner and in accordance to the manufactures to receive their warranties. Because of these experiences in running large projects, JJ was able to take this knowledge and apply it to his own company. To date we have worked with many of the leading GCs in Utah, R&O Construction, Layton Construction,Maverik (MRE) , Kier Construction, ICO, Bach Homes to just name a few, with all of these GCs we have worked on large commercial projects with outstanding results and if you were to contact them they would be able to give a good review of our company and our workmanship. JJ has always strived to go above and beyond for our GCs so that projects are completed in a timely manner and with quality workmanship. Artistic Roofing has grown from a small family-run business to now a business boasting over 50 field employees 7 office staff, 4 estimators even with all growth our goal of always providing a high-quality service is still the same, our name in the industry I believe speaks for itself. We have consistently been given recognition for the quality of work our company provides be it a letter from our GCs Thanking us for our high standard or Winning Best in Show for the Parade of Homes since 2017, and this year being the recipient of the 2020 Partner/Contractor of the Year award from ICO/ Ivory Homes or the best of all having our clients continuously refer their friends family, and co-workers to our company, and our GCs trust us to work directly with the architects and their families. We hope to be able to take this know-how and drive to provide top-quality work into the government / School sector of the roofing industry. As you may know, a lot of people think they know how to roof but not every roofer can install a commercial TPO EPM PVC and metal roofing, it takes knowledge and an extreme eye for detail. It takes real knowledge and know-how to provide the quality it takes to be a certified installer for Carlisle, John Mansville Durolast roofing products , which Artistic Roofing is and has been since 2015. We have listed contacts from these manufactures as they know the quality of work Artistic Roofing provides. When working with Artistic Roofing you will notice that all of our employees drive in Company provided uniform vehicles , branish our company logo so that you know who is on your job site. All field workers are employee by Artistic Roofing and are experienced in there trade. We also own our own metal shop so all metals that are used on projects are made in house , which saves time and money on production costs, we can also provide warranties on the metal from MBCI , CMG and pac-clad .
