And technology's really helped us do that specifically,” says Constantino. “It makes our relationship with our employees more transformational as opposed to transactional. Technology gives us the ability to analyze who our top performers are and then analyze who are not. In construction, people work really, really hard and I think there's beauty in rewarding those people.”
