We are thrilled to introduce a modernized UI for the Connection Manager, designed to elevate your project management experience. This update not only improves the user experience but also lays the groundwork for future integrations with additional tools, providing consistency across the platform.
We have increased the Connectability for Drawings revision limit to 50,000, allowing more valid connections for improved project execution across larger teams. To keep your projects in sync, we’ve added banner alerts to notify users when their drawings are out of date, mitigating risk by helping to make sure that team members are working with the latest revision.
In this release, Connectability allows customers to connect projects within their own account and sync drawings between them. This enhancement addresses the feedback from companies who wanted the ability to manage projects within their own instance. In the Connection Manager, look for “current company” in the dropdown list to connect within your own account. Whether you're a general contractor also performing self-work, an owner acting as a general contractor, or managing multi-phase projects, this will eliminate the need to download and upload drawings between projects manually, saving valuable time and effort, and enhancing efficiency.
