With Procore Materials, general and specialty contractors can now seamlessly track materials from purchase to jobsite, receive deliveries on mobile, and gain real-time visibility into material status across the supply chain. This tool bridges the gap between back-office and field teams, reducing redundant communication and helping keep projects on schedule.

You can now seamlessly attach documents from Procore’s Document Management (PDM) directly to your correspondence responses using the Procore mobile app on both iOS and Android. This enhancement empowers project teams—including architects, engineers, general contractors, owners, and specialty contractors—to provide critical context and supporting documentation while on the go. By enabling document attachments from PDM within correspondence, users can streamline communication, reduce delays, and ensure all stakeholders have access to the most relevant project information, right from their mobile devices. This update supports greater collaboration and efficiency, helping teams keep projects moving forward—anytime, anywhere.

We’ve enhanced the Procore mobile app camera on iOS and Android with a new mode switcher, making it easier to toggle between markup and photo capture modes using just one hand. The updated interface streamlines your workflow, keeping all camera functions within easy reach. We’re excited to introduce document comparison capabilities to Mobile PDM, delivering a more robust and efficient document review experience for users in the field and office. With this update, you can now compare document revisions or versions using two intuitive views: Tabbed View and Overlay View.

Procore has updated the Single Tool Reports experience to align with the streamlined design of 360 Reporting. The right sidebar within the Reports tool has been removed, and all action buttons are now conveniently located at the top right of the page. This update not only supports our transition to a modern micro-frontend (MFE) architecture, but also ensures Helix Silver design standards are met. As part of this change, the 'Clone' option has been renamed to 'Make a Copy' for greater clarity and consistency. These improvements deliver a more intuitive and unified reporting experience, making it easier for users to access key actions and maintain workflow consistency across reporting tools.

With the release of BIM Models Plugin v1.3.0, Procore introduces the ‘Model Publish’ and ‘Settings’ buttons directly into the BIM Plugins for Navisworks, while removing these options from the VDC Plugin. This enhancement delivers a familiar and reliable ‘Model Publish’ workflow, whether you’re working on the web or within Navisworks. Customers benefit from improved usability, reduced confusion, and a more secure installation process.

Procore is excited to introduce the modernized Direct Cost tool, now available in open beta through Procore Explore. This update delivers a refreshed, streamlined user interface at the project level, designed to provide a consistent and intuitive experience for viewing, sorting, and filtering cost data across all of Procore’s financial tools. Procore Pay now integrates with OneNotary, allowing general contractors to require electronic notarization for subcontractor lien waivers. This feature streamlines compliance, improves the waiver experience for subs, and ensures GCs collect the correct documents—all within Procore Pay. Enable eNotarization in the Payments tool under Lien Waiver settings.

Procore Pay’s disbursement creation flow now features a full-page experience, replacing the previous side tear. This update maintains all existing functionality while providing a cleaner, more scalable interface to support future enhancements and improved error handling for general contractors.

Launching January 20th. Procore Analytics introduces a Power BI Out-of-the-Box Template tailored for UK residential projects. Easily monitor and manage compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, including the Gateway Process and Golden Thread.
