Workflows: Keep every approval moving
What it is: A set of Workflows updates built to keep approvals moving and every decision accountable. Step Override arrives on both web and mobile, letting authorized users advance a stalled workflow with a required reason and a fully attributed history entry. New granular permissions let admins designate exactly who can return a workflow to a prior step or restart it — without granting the full Workflow Manager role. And two upgrade-path updates round it out: respond to existing legacy workflows directly in the new Workflows side panel, and upgrade a tool to New Workflows yourself, on your own timeline, with a built-in readiness check. Who it's for: Workflow admins and company or project admins who manage approval processes — and the project teams in the office and the field who respond to workflows every day.

Procore Explore: A New Updates Feed on Beta Programs
What it is: Procore Explore program pages now include an Updates feed. Each entry gives you the date, what kind of update it is — new feature, fix, or status change — and a plain-language description of what changed. Newest updates appear first, and an unread indicator shows when there's something you haven't seen. Who it's for: Customers participating in beta programs through Procore Explore. Why it matters: Beta programs evolve quickly — and when you don't know what's changed, your team can end up working around a bug that's already fixed or missing a feature you asked for. The Updates feed gives every program a running, plain-language changelog, so teams always know what's new, what's fixed, and what's changed status without waiting for an email. How to get started: Open any Procore Explore program with published updates and select the Updates tab. Available October 13, 2026

Permissions: A Redesigned Permissions Experience
What it is: A redesigned Permissions experience, now in open beta. The updated interface makes it faster and more intuitive to set up permission templates and manage granular permissions — so admins can control exactly who sees and does what across their projects. Who it's for: Company and project admins who manage permission templates and granular permissions. Why it matters: When permissions are hard to configure, admins lose time to setup and teams risk working with the wrong level of access. A clearer, simpler Permissions experience means less time managing access and more confidence that every team member can see and do exactly what their role requires. Getting started in the new experience now means your team benefits from simpler permissions management today — and you'll be ready to take advantage of advanced permissions capabilities as they roll out. How to get started: Available as an open beta update. Opt in through Procore Explore to use the new Permissions experience. Available October 13, 2026

My Open Items: Grouping, Saved Views, and New Filters
What it is: Three enhancements to the My Open Items page: grouping by any attribute in the table (company, project, item type, and more) under collapsible headers; two new filters — project number and due date range; and saved views that preserve a configured combination of filters, grouping, and sorting for one-click recall. Who it's for: Anyone working across multiple projects or companies who uses My Open Items as their cross-account to-do list. Why it matters: A flat list of every open item across projects gets unwieldy fast. Grouping and filtering let users structure the list the way they work — by project, by due date, by item type — and saved views mean that structure is set up once, not rebuilt every morning. How to get started: Available within the My Open Items workspace, configure your grouping and filters, and save the view. Available October 13, 2026

Resource Forecast: See Your Capacity, Not Just Rows of Numbers
What it is: The Resource Forecast dashboard (formerly Totals) is rebuilt from the ground up: an interactive resource chart now sits above the data table, equipment is tracked alongside labor for the first time, over-capacity periods are flagged clearly in red, and users can switch between six units — people, hours, days, FTE, cost, and utilization — to answer different planning questions from one page. Who it's for: Workforce and resource planners answering the question "can we staff this job?" — across a company, a project, or a specific resource. Why it matters: The previous dashboard was table-only, so teams rebuilt the capacity picture in spreadsheets to see trends. A visual forecast with labor and equipment together means planners spot over-capacity periods instantly and make staffing decisions from Procore instead of exporting to figure it out. How to get started: Available as an open beta. Opt in through Procore Explore, then open Resource Forecast in Resource Planning. Available October 13, 2026

Hubs: Track Milestone Dates Across Projects
What it is: A new Project Date Variance card for the Owner Hub. It shows a table of projects with a column for each project date (milestone) defined in Company Admin, with configurable columns per user, filters by stage, department, type, and custom fields, and inline editing via tearsheet for users with permission. Cells show the baseline date, flag overdue baselines in red, and display baseline-versus-actual variance in red, green, or black. Who it's for: Owners and program managers tracking milestone performance across many projects. Why it matters: Milestone tracking across a portfolio has meant opening projects one at a time or maintaining a spreadsheet. One card shows every project's dates and variances at a glance — and lets the people responsible update dates right where they spot the slip. How to get started: Available on the Owner Hub. Add the Project Date Variance card and configure the date columns that matter to you. Available October 13, 2026

Timesheets: Reorder Columns in the Sage Export
What it is: Column reordering for the Company Timesheets Sage export. Configurable fields can be reordered within their configurable field sets, and custom fields within their custom field sets, so the export layout matches your Sage 300 CRE setup. Who it's for: Payroll and accounting teams exporting timesheet data from Procore into Sage. Why it matters: A fixed column order forced teams to massage every export before Sage would take it. Matching the layout to your Sage configuration once makes moving data into the system of record clean and repeatable. How to get started: Reorder columns in the Company Timesheets Sage export settings. Available October 13, 2026

Timesheets: See Who's On the Clock, Right Now
What it is: A new On the Clock view in Project Timesheets on web: a real-time list of every worker currently clocked in on the project. Who it's for: Superintendents and project managers responsible for knowing who's on site. Why it matters: Manual time entry methods have made it very difficult to know who actually showed up on a given day, leaving supervisors without real-time visibility of who is actively working on a job— verifying attendance meant manual check-ins, and a site emergency meant no fast, accurate headcount. A live roster provides instant situational awareness, early visibility into accumulating hours, and a faster emergency headcount when it matters most. How to get started: Available as an open beta. Opt in through Procore Explore, then open the On the Clock view in Project Timesheets. Available October 13, 2026
