Get Notified Automatically When a New Project Is Created at Your Company
What it is: Company admins can designate a distribution group to be emailed automatically whenever a new project is created, whether through the UI, the API, or as a Concept project. The email carries project name, number, creator, creation date and time, source template, region or office, status, and a direct link. Configuration lives in a new Email Notifications page under Company Admin, and the system sender has been updated from 'do-not-reply' to 'Procore Admin.' Who it's for: Company admins and stakeholders at organizations that struggle with shadow projects, duplicate setups, and late awareness of new work. Why it matters: The right people learn about new projects in real time, which closes a long-requested visibility gap and helps prevent duplicate or shadow setups. How to get started: Go to Company > Admin > Project Settings > Email Notifications and select a company-level distribution group. Launching July 21.

My Open Items Workspace Is Now Available
What it is: Every open item assigned to you, from every Procore company you belong to, now lives on one full-page screen. No more jumping between accounts to find what's on your plate. Filter the list by company, project, item type, or status (like Overdue or Due Today), and export it to Excel, PDF, or CSV. There's a new My Open Items icon in the top navigation bar — right by notifications — so it's one click from anywhere. Who it's for: Anyone who works across more than one Procore company — Project Managers, Specialty Contractors, Owners, and anyone juggling tasks across multiple accounts.

Incidents Conditional Custom Fields for General Information — Now Generally Available
What it is: The General Incident Information form now shows only the fields relevant to what a reporter has already entered. Admins configure if/then logic so questions appear — or stay hidden — based on prior responses. The form adapts in real time as users work through it. Who it's for: Safety teams and field reporters who find all-purpose incident forms slow to complete and prone to gaps or errors. Why it matters: Even within a single incident type, not every field applies. On an injury or illness incident, a custom field asking whether PPE was worn can reveal a "Reason PPE was not worn" field only when the answer is "No." Conditional logic hides fields until they're needed — giving reporters a form that fits the situation, and giving safety teams cleaner data on the back end. How to get started: Go to Incidents admin settings and select Fieldsets to configure conditional logic for your General Information custom fields. Fields will show or hide automatically based on prior entries when reporters fill out the form. Launching July 21.

Procore Is Now Available in Traditional Chinese
What it is: Traditional Chinese is now a selectable language across Procore in Open Beta. Any user can switch their language preference and interact with every label, menu, and message in Traditional Chinese. No other product functionality changes in this release. Who it's for: Multinational customers operating across Asia and site teams in markets where Traditional Chinese is the working language. Why it matters: More of your team can use Procore in their own language, bringing construction management closer to everyone on site regardless of the language they read. How to get started: Open your profile settings and select Traditional Chinese as your language preference. Beta beginning July 21.

Owners Portfolio Management Is Now Available
What is it: The Owners hub page will include a My Open Items card (shows the user's Open Items and they can filter by project, item type, and due date), a Project Breakdown card where the user can see a count of projects by various dimensions (Stage of Construction, Region, Program, Type and Priority). There will also be an Insights card for customers who are entitled to the Insights tool where users can indicate their "Favorite" insights and make them available from the page. There will also be an Assets card that allows the user to see select an Asset Type(s) and see a breakdown count of assets in the various stages. For the Cost Management Hub Page, we will also include a Change Events by Type hub card that gives the user a view of FInancial Exposure that is captured in Change Events to better understand where cost increases may be coming from and which projects have the most potential risk. (Cost Management Hub is only available for customers with the new Cost Management for Owners SKU)

Compare Document Versions Side-by-Side on Web and Mobile
What it is: Document comparison is now generally available in the Documents tool on web and mobile. Users can compare two versions of a document in overlay mode, or compare two different documents side-by-side (tabbed on mobile), with alignment controls and the ability to mark up the differences in a single pass. Who it's for: Document controllers and review teams working through contracts, specifications, and engineering attachments. Why it matters: Contract redlines and spec revisions get reviewed inside Procore instead of round-tripping through external tools, and the comparison and markups stay attached to the project record where the file already lives. How to get started: Open a document in the Documents tool and choose Compare to overlay versions or view two documents side-by-side. Launching July 21.

Now in Beta: Find Any Asset from Mobile Search
What it is: You can now search for assets right from the main search bar in the Procore mobile app. Type an Asset name, ID, or type and the matches come up — even partial ones — alongside everything else you search for on a project. Tap a result to jump straight to that Asset's details. It respects your project permissions, so you only see the assets you have access to. Works on iOS and Android. Who it's for: Field teams who need asset information on-site and anyone checking an asset when they're not standing right in front of it.

Build Approval Workflows in a Few Minutes with Linear Workflows
What it is: Linear Workflows is a new, table-based way to design sequential approval and hand-off processes, available in Open Beta to all customers through Procore Explore. Where Advanced (Diagram) Workflows use a node-and-branch canvas for complex routing, Linear Workflows use a step-by-step table that's faster to set up and easier to read. Both run on the same workflow engine. This beta covers company-level template authoring and configuration, including a sequential step builder, and assignee management upgrades. Who it's for: Company admins who set up straightforward approval chains and want them easy to build and easy for reviewers to understand. Why it matters: You spend far less time setting up and explaining simple approval chains, and the people running a workflow can understand it at a glance. How to get started: Enable the Linear Workflows beta in Procore Explore, then choose Linear when creating a new company-level workflow template. Beta beginning July 21.
