Sub-Tier Waiver eSignature feature provides a seamless experience for subcontractors by automating waiver generation and reducing manual uploads. Building on top of the existing sub-tier waiver tracking, your trade partner, project manager, or project accountant will be able to generate sub-tier waivers, using the same template selected for your subcontractor waivers, and send them for signature to a sub-tier contact. With this improvement, you’ll have the ease of collecting sub-tier waivers digitally with the flexibility of (and ability to review) sub-tier waiver PDFs uploaded directly.
